Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your original purchase.
• You have not started any course module (zero modules opened).
• Your completion has not been reported to the NYS DMV.

If any module has been opened or any content accessed, the refund window is forfeited regardless of how much time has passed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• DMV completion reporting fee ($8.00): once your course completion has been reported to the NYS DMV, this fee cannot be reversed. This is a government-mandated fee remitted directly to the DMV on your behalf.
• Any purchase where a module has been started.
• Any purchase more than 24 hours old, regardless of course progress.

3. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, email address used to register, and your purchase date. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Course Access After Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, your account access will be revoked and your enrollment cancelled. You will need to re-enroll and repurchase if you wish to take the course in the future.

5. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access or complete the course due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. In cases where a technical failure on our part prevents course completion and cannot be resolved, we will offer either a full refund or a credit, at your option, regardless of the standard refund window.

6. NY Consumer Protection

This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable New York consumer protection law, including General Business Law Article 22-A. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
